Refund policy

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with all packaging included.
To start a return, contact us at starstruckarchive0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange, subject to availability. Items must meet the same conditions as returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we will ship the replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must go through the return process.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship the item at the customer's expense.
