Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
All items are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)
Orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Most orders arrive within 2–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

ORDER ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or other issues caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll help you follow up with the carrier using your tracking number.
